ADDITIONAL TERMS
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the UKISS Rewards program (“UKISS Rewards”), which is operated by UKISS Technology Pte Ltd or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, “UKISS”). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with UKISS for other products or services.
CHANGES TO TERMS
UKISS reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to UKISS Rewards, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and may be posted to www.ukiss.io, so please check back from time to time. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in UKISS Rewards following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and participating in UKISS Rewards.
PERSONAL USE
UKISS Rewards is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Use and also governs your participation in UKISS Rewards. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how UKISS collects, uses and discloses information about customers, how to update or change your personal information, and how we communicate with you.
ABOUT UKISS REWARDS
UKISS Rewards is one way in which UKISS endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for purchasing UKISS products. UKISS Rewards’ members are able to earn and accumulate KISS Tokens that can be redeemed for UKISS products or transferred to their personal wallet.
JOINING UKISS REWARDS
To join UKISS Rewards, go to www.ukiss.io/register (“Websites”), and follow the prompts to create an account. After you have created an account, you will need to either make a purchase or register your UKISS Hugware®. You will be required to provide the following information:
EARNING UKISS REWARDS
The Rewards, in the form of KISS Tokens, that are available to you through UKISS Rewards are based on a percentage of the Products’ purchased amount or based on a percentage of purchased amounts by your referrals.
Rewards through Product Purchase. Upon confirmation of payment online, you will be rewarded with KISS Tokens and a chance to participate in our referral program with the activation of your referral code provided to you on account creation. If you refer your referral code and your referral code is used to make a purchase, you will enjoy referral rewards.
Rewards will be released after the 30-day Refund Period. The number of KISS Tokens rewarded will be based on a fixed rate of US$0.30/token prior to our token generation event, or the prevailing KISS Token/USDT exchange rate. Rewards earned will be reflected on your account’s dashboard.
Note that UKISS may from time to time change the nature and quantity of the UKISS Rewards program.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE
The KISS Token value is fixed at US $0.30 prior to our token generation event. After which, the value of the KISS Token to USDT is based on the exchange rate available on a popular crypto exchange as of 2300 hrs T-1 day SGT.
EXCLUSIONS TO EARNING UKISS REWARDS
You may not earn UKISS Rewards in connection with certain types of beta or promotional programs, or on purchases made with promotional or recovery coupons. UKISS Rewards may only be earned online as indicated above. Taxes and fees, including without limitation, shipping and handling fees, delivery fees, and bag fees, also may be excluded from earning UKISS Rewards.
RETURNS
For information about how UKISS handles returns, please read our Refund & Return Policy. Your UKISS balance may be impacted by returns if you void a purchase, UKISS will deduct the UKISS Rewards that you earned from that purchase or earned from your referral rewards if you do not meet the criteria for earning your rewards, potentially resulting in a negative UKISS Rewards balance on your account.
UKISS REWARDS EXPIRATION
Unless otherwise noted, UKISS Rewards are automatically added to your account after the refund date of your eligible purchase and will not have an expiration date. You can view and track your UKISS Rewards balance when you login into your account on www.ukiss.io.
REDEEMING UKISS REWARDS
UKISS Rewards comes in the form of KISS Tokens and can only be redeemed online through www.ukiss.io. You will need to login to your registered account to enable to make your redemption.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW
These Terms of Use complement and incorporate by reference the UKISS Websites’ Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the UKISS Websites’ Terms & Conditions and these Terms of Use, the UKISS Websites’ Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
Without notice to you, UKISS reserves the right to suspend any UKISS Rewards registered to your account and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in UKISS Rewards if UKISS determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Use or that the use of your UKISS Rewards account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. UKISS may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine UKISS Rewards accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in UKISS Rewards is terminated, all accrued UKISS Tokens in your account are void.
Without notice to you, UKISS also reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for UKISS Rewards any account that has been inactive for five (5) consecutive years. Inactivity is defined as no Rewards earned during such five (5) consecutive year period. In the event that your account is unregistered or rendered inactive, all accrued UKISS Tokens in your account are void.
UKISS reserves the right to change, modify, discontinue or cancel UKISS Rewards or any part of the UKISS Rewards program, at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to you.
ARBITRATION
Please read this section carefully. It affects rights that you may otherwise have. It provides for resolution of most disputes through arbitration instead of court trials and class actions. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court, uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge, and discovery is more limited. Arbitration is final and binding and subject to only very limited review by a court. This arbitration clause shall survive termination of these Terms of Use.
Binding Arbitration. This provision is intended to be interpreted broadly to encompass all disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, your access to or participation in UKISS Rewards, registered to your account, or your relationship with us. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, your access to or participation in UKISS Rewards, or your relationship with UKISS or any subsidiary, parent or affiliate company or companies (whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory) will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either of us may take claims to small claims court if they qualify for hearing by such a court.
Arbitration Procedures. For all disputes, whether pursued in court or arbitration, you must first send a written description of your claim to our Customer Service department using the appropriate link at UKISS Technology | Contact Us to allow us an opportunity to resolve the dispute. You and we each agree to negotiate your claim in good faith. You may request arbitration if your claim or dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any questions regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference to this Section. The language of the arbitration shall be in English.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement and any disputes, claims or controversies arising from, related to or in connection with this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
