If you have lost your PIN Backup code, you can create a new backup code for the same PIN. For instructions on creating a new PIN backup code, read the article Why is PIN Backup important, and how do I set it up?
Remember:
When changing your PIN, you must generate a new backup code associated with the new PIN.
Please note that old backup codes cannot retrieve a newer PIN.
