Technical Issues

If you damaged your A-Key, purchase a new one and pair it with your R-Key.

If someone has stolen your A-Key, you can easily secure your assets with your R-Key.

Use your R-Key to transfer assets to another wallet before purchasing a new set of Hugware® keys. Once you have received your new keys, initialise your device and transfer your assets to their connecting wallet. Discard your old R-Key.

Check that the Hugware is detectable on a separate computer or phone. If the Hugware was detectable, there might be an issue with your operating system or UKISS Hub.

Here are some steps you can take:

  1. Connect your Hugware key to a different USB or USB-C port.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Reinstall UKISS Hub.
  4. Update your operating system.

If problems persist, please look up our FAQ section or contact support.
