I sent an NFT to my Hugware wallet but I don’t see it on the app.

If you have sent an NFT to your Hugware wallet but don’t see it on the UKISS Hub app, it is most likely due to the following reasons:

  • Network congestion:  If the blockchain network is experiencing high traffic or congestion, it might delay the transfer of your NFT.
  • Incorrect wallet address: You may have sent the NFT to the wrong wallet address.
  • Transaction Failure: NFT transfers can fail due to technical issues or network errors.
  • Hugware Incompatibility: Hugware may not support the token standard of your NFT.

What you can do:

Be cautious when sending NFTs

To ensure the successful transfer of your NFT to your Hugware wallet, please verify that the UKISS Hub app supports both the blockchain on which your NFT is minted and the display of NFTs from that blockchain. If the app does not meet these requirements, refrain from sending the NFT, as it may result in the loss of your asset.

Wait For Network Recovery

If the blockchain is congested or experiencing an outage, please wait for the network to stabilize before checking your Hugware wallet again. If you suspect a transaction failure, you can check the transaction hash on the blockchain explorer to verify its status.

Check The Token Standard Of Your NFT

Before sending an NFT to your Hugware wallet, please check whether the token standard of your NFT is compatible. Here is the list of supported token standards:

ERC-998
ERC-1155

ERC-827
