I lost one of my Hugware keys. 该如何处理？

Once you are sure that you have lost your Hugware key, we recommend transferring your wallet as soon as possible to secure your cryptocurrency funds and NFTs. It takes roughly three days to deliver a new Hugware set within Singapore and up to 15 days internationally.

Steps to transfer wallet:

1. Buy a new Hugware set, initialize your new keys, and create a new wallet on UKISS Hub.
2. Add accounts and networks to your new wallet.
3. Using your old key, transfer assets over to your new wallet.

It is important to keep your keys safe, as losing them would put your assets at risk of theft. UKISS Technology cannot help you retrieve your assets because we do not hold your private keys.
