Can I modify my order after making payment?
No, you will not be able to edit your order once you’ve made payment. To cancel your order, contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
Does UKISS have authorised resellers?
We strongly recommend buyers to purchase the UKISS Hugware® directly from the website. UKISS currently does not engage with resellers but will work with authorised distributors in selected countries. Please visit the website for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin and credit card payments (processed through Stripe).

Do you charge a flat fee for shipping and delivery?

Do I need to pay customs duty or other taxes?
Your invoice indicates the final price of purchase. Buyers are responsible for paying applicable taxes and duties levied in your country of residence.

Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are either shipped from our Singapore headquarters or through our distributor network.
Orders made through the UKISS website are delivered by DHL and SingPost. Our authorised distributors partner with various vendors to ensure you receive the best service possible.
Can I ship to a PO (post office) box?
No, you can’t. Buyers are required to provide a residential address.
Can I update my shipping details?
We strongly advise buyers to review billing and shipping information before making payment. As we strive to deliver orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes made to shipping details can be addressed in time.
If you’d like to amend your shipping information, contact us with your invoice number and the new shipping details as soon as possible.
Can I change my preferred shipping method?
No. However, you can cancel your order and create a new one. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your invoice number.
Where can I find my tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number via email when your parcel is ready to be shipped.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
Shipping could take two to 10 working days, depending on the destination and type of delivery. Buyers can track the delivery status through the tracking number provided.
